Shortcuts - RMMV Plugin

I : Introduction
Avsoft_Shorcuts is a plug-in that allows you to add some shortcuts in your game. 

II : How to use it ?
All the shorcuts are assigned to the function key, shift and CapsLock in order to let the other keys free to use in another plug-in or in the game

Here is a list of the different possible shortcuts :

• Fullscreen (F1)
• Save and Load (F5 and F8)
• Show FPS meter (F2)
• Exit the game (F10)
• Return to the title screen (F9)
• Mute or not the differents background and effects sound and music (F3: Background and F4: Effects)
• Dash and always Dash (shift and CapsLock)
• Open Console (F12)
• StrechMode (F11)
